Our crisp white wine is a kaleidoscope of peach-kissed sunbeams. With a burst of elderflower and a glint of gooseberry, this is not another glass of the usual. Almost impossible to sip, so please try to savour.

An unconventional visionary and the village oddball. The multi-hyphenate artist-musician-roller skater lives in the local gallery (aka his ‘studio’ flat) and is famed for his avant-garde sculptures created from now-redundant corks. With a penchant for the peculiar, his culinary experiments are the stuff of concerned gossip, turning modest cheeseboards into Pollock-esque masterpieces with nothing but a few edible flowers and a blowtorch. His motto? "Artistry in every sip and a splash of the unexpected. Now skate.”

HARVEST

After nurturing our Bacchus and Chardonnay grapes as if they were our own (which they are) we carefully hand-pick the juiciest berries from our vines.

DESTEM

The stems and other non grape materials are removed in preparation for crushing.

PRESS

The grapes are then pressed to remove the skin and seeds, and we collect the juice that pours out. Clear, sweet and delicious.

FERMENT

The juice is fermented to make our white wine. The yeast we add eats all the sugar present, creating alcohol and CO2. While this happens, we wait. For months. Oh, the torture.

CAN

After patiently holding our horses, we can our wine. Our cans keep out light and air, meaning our wines stay fresher for longer than if they were bottled. Fruity, aromatic and unbelievably delicious.

Our still white wine is made using grapes grown in our vineyard on the Kent Downs. Our Pinot Blanc, known for peach and citrus notes, adds precision to the exquisitely aromatic Bacchus, complimenting each other perfectly.
