Gerald – Bubbly White Wine
Dry, refreshing and fizzing with elderflower, pear and freshly cut grass. Maybe it will remind you of an English garden somewhere... but we wouldn't want to give too much away.

Tasting Notes
Sweetness
Very low sugar makes for a dry wine and lets the delicacy of the fruit shine.

Acidity
Our white is bright and refreshing. More Granny Smith than Golden Delicious.

Body
Light, clean and crisp. It’s almost impossible to sip, so please try to savour.

Our Process

Harvest
After nurturing our Bacchus and Chardonnay grapes as if they were our own (which they are) we carefully hand-pick the juiciest berries from our vines.

Destem
The stems and other non grape materials are removed in preparation for crushing.

Press
The grapes are then pressed to remove the skin and seeds, and we collect the juice that pours out. Clear, sweet and delicious.

Ferment
The juice is fermented to make our white wine. The yeast we add eats all the sugar present, creating alcohol and CO2. While this happens, we wait. For months. Torture.

Can
After patiently holding our horses, we add bubbles while it’s canned. This brings our wine to life whilst keeping the fresh, pure, aromatic qualities that traditional sparkling wine methods would remove. Perfect.

Eleanor – Bubbly Rosé Wine
Light and bright, our rosé is one of strawberries and dreams. There have been rumours of cherry and rose petal... but maybe that's just hearsay.

Tasting Notes
Sweetness
A dry rosé that’s low in sugar letting the strawberry flavour burst out.

Acidity
Our Rosé has a touch of tart. Strawberry with the sharpness of a raspberry.

Body
Light, clean and crisp. It’s almost impossible to sip, so please try to savour.

Our Process

Harvest
After nurturing our Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes as if they were our own (which they are) we carefully hand-pick the juiciest berries from our vines.

Destem

Press & Macerate
The grapes are then pressed and left to macerate (soften) for a few hours to take on some of the colour from the skin. Then pressed again and the juice collected.

Alfie – White Wine Spritzer
Some say you can never improve on the original, but we've spritzed our white wine and oh, oh, oh, what a sweet child of vine. Just imagine sliding headlong through a dew drenched meadow. There's no need for wellies when you're on your belly! Dry and refreshing, it's playful in nature.

Tasting Notes
Elderflower
Stand under an Elder tree on Midsummer’s eve and apparently, you’ll see fairies. Regardless of how true that is, it tastes magic.
Cucumber
The staple of the poshest sandwich in history. Now garnishing our spritzer like a king.
Rosemary
Some say if you hang Rosemary over your door, it keeps out burglars. We’re sticking to deadbolts for now and using it instead to add an herbal glow.
Lemon Verbena
This sensitive little flower adds an intense hit of citrus to proceedings.
Our Process

Make Gerald
First, we make our award-winning white wine. See Gerald for more on that.

Splash of H2O
We add a splash of sparkling water, lowering the alcohol content and making it even more refreshing.

Botanicals
Next, we infuse it with our beautiful botanical extracts, painstakingly selected to celebrate the notes in the white wine.

Can
We use our new carbon-positive canning process to seal this all in and keep it fresh and bubbling. When you open them, it’s almost as if they bloom right before your very nose.

Peggy – Rosé Wine Spritzer
Our rosé has been spritzed up and looks sharp. Dry and fruity, it'll probably remind you of that blooming hedgerow you snagged your favourite jumper on a while back. Such a nice jumper. Shame. Chin up! This is so refreshing it'll send your tongue wagging.

Mint
The ‘Herb of Hospitality’ makes itself at home adding a summery finishing touch.
Rose
We’ve gone and added a subtle hint of romance to the equation.
Lavender
Queen Elizabeth prized a lavender jam and if it was good enough for her, it’s perfect for our lovely cans.
Hawthorn
One of the most under-the-radar red berries going that makes a real splash in our rosé.
