With an allotment so expansive it’s considered its own borough Alfie has a thirst for fresh ingredients that can’t be quenched. Locally, thoughtfully, carefully cultivated freshness. From putting on his shirt straight from the fridge first thing, to the end of a long day looking down the business end of a trowel, he’s thinking about freshness. He even photographs each ingredient for his binders of prize-winning produce.

Splash of H₂O

We add a splash of sparkling water, lowering the alcohol content and making it even more refreshing.

Botanicals

Next, we infuse it with our beautiful botanical extracts, painstakingly selected to celebrate the notes in the white wine.

Can

We use our new carbon-positive canning process to seal this all in and keep it fresh and bubbling. When you open them, it’s almost as if they bloom right before your very nose.

Our white wine is made using grapes grown in our vineyard on the Kent Downs. Here our Bacchus, an exquisitely aromatic grape that flourishes in our cool climate, is blended with our unoaked Chardonnay to add more body and length.
