A year of The Uncommon's Bubbly Wines is a case of 4 wines & spritzers a month for 12 months, beginning January 2023.
The winners will be contacted directly upon receipt and proof of claim sent into christmaslesscommon@the-uncommon.uk.
Competition details form part of these terms and conditions - Entry is open to residents of the UK except for employees (and their families) of The Uncommon, the suppliers of the prizes.
The entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over and proof of identity and age may be required.
Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
An entry is considered to be an order of one or more cases of 4 or 8 wines and/or spritzers from wearetheuncommon.co.uk. Any order like that described placed between Sunday 19th November 2023 after 17:00 BST until Monday 18th December at 23:59 BST.
There are 20 prize winning bottles to be found. 5 will be despatched each week to randomly selected orders over the course of the competition timeframe.
Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
The prize as stated, is only transferrable to another individual with the consent of We Are The Uncommon Ltd and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions.
Alcoholic items can only be redeemed within licensed hours by winners aged 18 and over.
The Uncommon reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
In the event of a prize being unavailable, The Uncommon reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, The Uncommon reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random. Confirmation of the prize will also be made in writing to the winner.
Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Prize Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.
The Uncommon reserves the right to withdraw the prize giveaway at any time without reason.
Force Majeure: The Uncommon cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its obligation when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control.
The Uncommon reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
